What a working session covers
Thirty minutes. We ask what you run (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Litify, Filevine, DocuSign CLM, Specright or something else), how many users, what is installed and what the backlog looks like. If one in-house admin is the right call for you, we will say so and help you write the job description.
If a retainer fits, the next step is the org assessment: installed packages, customisations, integrations, data quality and security, written up before the retainer begins.
