CRM administration as a service

CRM admin services questions, answered plainly

What teams ask before they hand over the admin work.

What do outsourced CRM admin services cost?

A flat monthly subscription, scoped to the size of your org and the number of users, and in every case well under the fully loaded cost of one in-house administrator. Tell us your user count and what is on your backlog and we will quote it.

Is this the same as Salesforce Premier Support?

No. Premier Support is the vendor's help desk for the platform. CRM admin as a service is a named administrator working inside your org every week: users, permissions, fields, flows, reports, releases and the backlog of changes your team keeps asking for.

Can you take over an org that someone else built?

Yes. Every engagement starts with an org assessment: what is installed, what is customised, what is broken, where the data hygiene problems are. You get a written findings list before the retainer starts, so nothing is inherited blind.

Do you support Litify and other platforms?

Yes. Micronetbd runs admin retainers for law firms on Litify and Filevine as well as for companies on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, DocuSign CLM and Specright. The retainer covers whatever system you run, with the same named admin model.

How fast do requests get handled?

Requests go into a ticket queue with agreed turnaround by priority. Access and blocking issues are handled the same business day; configuration changes are scheduled into the weekly plan; larger enhancements are estimated and put on the monthly backlog for you to prioritise.

Who owns the work and the documentation?

You do. Every change is logged in your org and in a change log we keep for you, so if you ever bring administration in-house, the handover is a document, not a conversation.

What happens when a request is bigger than admin work?

It is estimated as development, integration or architecture work at agreed rates and started only with your approval. The same team does the implementation work, so it does not mean a second vendor.

Where is the team?

Micronetbd Inc is in Hamilton, New Jersey, with a team across the United States and Bangladesh, so the queue moves while your office is closed and a person is on the phone during your business hours.
